United Pentecostal Church International
Formed in 1945 through the merger of the Pentecostal Church Incorporated and the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ, the United Pentecostal Church International has become one of the fastest-growing Apostolic church organizations in the world.
From its beginnings with 521 churches, the UPCI now includes over 45,000 churches and preaching points, 45,000 credentialed ministers, and a global constituency of 5.8 million believers. The church currently has a presence in 231 nations and territories.
The UPCI remains committed to sharing the gospel with every language and people group. Its international fellowship operates through national organizations united under the Global Council of the UPCI, chaired by the General Superintendent.

Multicultural Ministries
Multicultural Ministries serves North America’s diverse cultural communities through focused outreach, discipleship, and training. The department oversees 19 specialized ministries, a domestic missionary program, various resource initiatives, and a short-term missions program.
Each ministry is led by a coordinator and many host national conferences that include worker training and evangelistic services where lives are transformed.
Support is also provided for ministers and members relocating to North America, including assistance with license transfers and connecting newcomers to local churches.

Filipino Evangelism Ministry
The Filipino Evangelism Ministry (FEM) is a service under the Multicultural Ministries of the United Pentecostal Church International. Its mission is to assist North American churches and pastors in reaching the Filipino community with the life-changing message of the Gospel.
FEM is also committed to equipping and guiding Filipino individuals and pastors to engage in evangelism across all cultures throughout North America. Through strategic support, cultural insight, and spiritual training, FEM empowers churches to build thriving, multicultural ministries that reflect the heart of the Great Commission.
With a focus on unity, outreach, and apostolic doctrine, the Filipino Evangelism Ministry continues to be a vital bridge between the church and the diverse Filipino community across North America.

North American Missions
North American Missions supports the expansion of the Apostolic message through church planting, evangelism, and leadership development across the United States and Canada. The department leads multiple initiatives focused on reaching communities through new works and strengthening existing ministries.
NAM provides resources, training, and financial support to church planters and missionaries. Many programs include mentorship, regional gatherings, and national events that equip leaders and inspire vision.
The department also offers practical assistance for ministers relocating within North America, helping with transitions, licensing, and connecting them to a growing network of churches committed to revival.

Purpose Institute
Purpose Institute is a global ministry training institution that equips local Apostolic leaders by partnering with churches and trainers around the world. Its mission is to strengthen ministry skills, clarify individual purpose, and support the local church through adaptable, accessible training resources and curriculum.
Leaders Are Learners
Great leaders never stop learning. Purpose Institute recognizes that foundational preparation is essential to lasting impact. Through structured, mentor-led training, students gain deep Biblical understanding and spiritual maturity—without leaving their home church, jobs, or families.
Purpose Institute plays a vital role in the Lord’s harvest by preparing qualified workers for both local and global ministry. Its proven model is empowering churches everywhere to raise up capable leaders who meet the growing needs of their communities.

Northeast Christian College
With over 70 churches in Fredericton, including numerous United Pentecostal congregations, religion is a vibrant part of the city’s culture. Local pastors welcome NCC students to actively serve in areas such as Bible study teaching, prison ministry, kids and youth ministries, worship, and church operations.
NCC is one of the few Bible colleges in North America offering a weekend ministry program. Throughout the school year, students travel to churches across New Brunswick, P.E.I., Ontario, Québec, Maine, and Vermont to minister through music, preaching, testimonies, and children’s services—gaining hands-on experience in real-world ministry settings.
On campus, students are encouraged to participate in student government, social committees, chapel services, and events like the annual benefit concert. Opportunities include sound tech, music, worship leadership, and preaching.
For over 15 years, the Atlantic and Ontario Districts of the UPCI have partnered to ensure NCC continues its mission to educate, equip, and establish future leaders in apostolic ministry.

French Literature Cooperative
For decades, United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) missionaries in French-speaking regions have worked to translate key Apostolic resources into French. The recent revival in Quebec has intensified the need for these materials in North America.
In 2013, representatives from various UPCI missions organizations gathered to discuss how to collaborate in providing training, Sunday school, and doctrinal resources to over 80,000 French-speaking UPCI members and evangelistic literature to reach over 200 million French speakers globally.
This led to the creation of the French Literature Cooperative, aimed at distributing high-quality Apostolic literature in French. The website coordinates translation efforts and offers downloadable resources, with new materials added monthly. Provisional translations are available for urgent needs, and materials not publicly available can be shared with UPCI missionaries.
